A new 17 building complex built over an active MTA rail yard, which reconnects six urban blocks and two vibrant neighborhoods. Conceived to maximize the development potential of the area for much needed housing in the most dense but sought after neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Pacific Park is a Brownfield reclamation of 22 acres of formerly inaccessible rail pit that was capped and restored to a public urban green space.)
