A visionary mixed use project along the HighLine - one of the most recognizable symbols of the „new“ New York, a reclaimed rail trestle turned public park – located at 512 West 22nd Street for boutique offices, Galleries and studios reflecting the ethos of the contemporary work culture. Multiple wrap around terraces, a private three story promenade and lush roof garden creates 15,000 square feet of exterior space weaving the urban park of the highline up and into the building. Offering multiple places for working – inside or out – “512 W22” reflects the high-performance work culture of contemporary New York, but also as a LEED Certified and biophilia inspired project, is resolutely focused on occupant health, comfort and productivity.
